Udo Erasmus is an internationally renowned author and authority on natural health issues. For the past two decades, he has dedicated his time to researching the effects of fats and oils on human health, as well as sharing his understanding of the nature of health itself. Udo Erasmus received his Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Zoology with a major in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, followed by graduate studies in biochemistry and genetics. Several years of research in the field of nutrition led to him write Fats and Oils, which earned him a Ph.D. in nutrition.
Udo became an internationally recognized authority on the role of fats, oils, and cholesterol in human health with the release of his best-selling book, Fats That Heal Fats That Kill. Over the past two decades, he has participated in more than 2000 media interviews and seminars, educating audiences across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia on the essential components of good health.
Dr. Cathy Carlson-Rink is a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Registered Midwife in general family practice in Vancouver, British Columbia, specializing in women and children’s health. She is also an instructor of Obstetrics and Pediatrics at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine and provides continuing education for health care providers in natural treatments in the areas of obstetrics and pediatrics.
Dr. Carlson-Rink completed her Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in Physical Education, with a major in Health and Fitness and a minor in Physiology, through the University of Saskatchewan. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.), with a postgraduate specialization in Midwifery, from the prestigious Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington.
As a health educator, Dr. Carlson-Rink’s objective has been to address fundamental health concerns and provide individuals with useful, accurate information, empowering them to maintain a healthful lifestyle.

She is a passionate educator who loves to facilitate healing using food, nutrition and transformational mind-body tools.
Dana is deeply interested in the way the communication and culture shape our health, and has received a bilingual Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University, a Certificate of Natural Nutrition with a 97% average from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and certificates in Communications and Languages. After 10 years as an RHN, she received her RNCP registration in 2016 from the International Organization of Nutrition Consultants, and never one to stop learning, will also be certified by the International Coaching Federation in Summer 2017.
Through her Green Remedies Holistic Health projects and more recently, a Healthy Habits Facebook group, she encourages people to get moving, and to celebrate and cherish the food, water, nature and people that support our wellbeing.

Robert’s interest in herbs, supplements and health began in university and was further influenced by several years of work and travel throughout India, Nepal, Indonesia, and Japan. He has completed a BA in Communications from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada and completed 3 years of study with Dominion Herbal College resulting in a Master Herbalist diploma. His areas of interest include research into adaptogens, probiotics and essential fatty acids. He currently works with Flora Manufacturing and Distributing as the Product Information Supervisor in the Product Information Department. He has written numerous articles for publications in the US and Canada like alive, Taste for Life, Tonic and Viva magazine.
Mr. Dino Halikas, Medical Biologist and Registered Naturopath, has over 20 years of experience in the field of alternative medicine. He practices naturopathic medicine in Drummondville and acts as a spokesperson and trainer for Flora in Quebec. He has given several classes and seminars across Canada and is recognized by his peers as a dynamic communicator and excellent teacher.
