Ingredients
- 2 cups assorted fermented peaches and apricots, frozen
- 2/3 cup steamed, then frozen cauliflower (see notes)
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey (or Flora Mānuka Honey)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high.
- Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, it’s optional to add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water and continue blending.
Notes
To prepare cauliflower for smoothies, it’s best to chop into florets and steam for 5-7
minutes, or until a fork can pierce through. This breaks down tough starches and aids
in digestion. Then let cool and freeze in a glass container.
