Matcha-Lina Chia Pudding

½ cup oat milk
2 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp Udo’s 3+6+9 Oil Blend
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Optional: full-fat plain yogurt
- Add ¼ cup of the oat milk to a small bowl, followed by 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp matcha powder and ½ tsp Udo’s Oil to a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add the remaining ¼ cup oat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ tsp spirulina powder and ½ tsp Udo’s Oil to another small bowl. Mix well.
- Let both mixtures sit for 30 minutes at room temperature adding maple syrup if desired, then add spirulina mixture to the bottom of a glass jar. If desired, scoop yogurt over top. Finally, add matcha mixture to the jar. Let this sit overnight or serve immediately.
