Matcha-Lina Chia Pudding

Ingredients

½ cup oat milk
2 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
½ tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp Udo’s 3+6+9 Oil Blend
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Optional: full-fat plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add ¼ cup of the oat milk to a small bowl, followed by 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp matcha powder and ½ tsp Udo’s Oil to a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add the remaining ¼ cup oat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ tsp spirulina powder and ½ tsp Udo’s Oil to another small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Let both mixtures sit for 30 minutes at room temperature adding maple syrup if desired, then add spirulina mixture to the bottom of a glass jar. If desired, scoop yogurt over top. Finally, add matcha mixture to the jar. Let this sit overnight or serve immediately.
