Basil Pesto Pasta
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups fresh basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup water to thin (or more if needed)
- 2 tbsp Udo’s 3.6.9 Blend
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 cups cooked pasta of choice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth. Add more water if needed.
3. Pour over pasta and enjoy!
