The Best Winter Smoothie

Serves 1
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 heaping cup frozen kale
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp or one scoop Elderberry Crystals
  • Optional: collagen powder, protein powder
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend, gradually increasing speed until creamy. Smooth down sides as needed. Pour and serve in a chilled glass with a sprinkle of Elderberry Crystals on top.
