Makes: 2 cups
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup soaked cashews (soaked 4-6 hours)
1/4 cup Flora Flax Oil
1/4 tsp vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Liquid if needed (about 2-4 tbsp)
Cashews can be substituted with hemp hearts, which wouldn’t need to be soaked.
