A Proprietary Blend of 5 g Organic Defatted Flax Seed, Organic Psyllium Seed Husks, Organic Oat Bran

Suggested Use for FloraLax® Powder
Adults: Consume 1 tbsp. (5 g) in 250 ml liquid 3 times daily. Mix in at least 250 ml of liquid with each dose. Mix well and drink immediately. Do not swallow in dry form. Do not use within two hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the medicine may be reduced. Store in a cool, dry place.

Great things going down

I just did the entire 7 day cleanse and while I loved all of it, the use of this supplement made going poo so enjoyable and easy! :poop: I plan to add this into my daily routine to keep things regular!
