“Iron, Vitamin D, Calcium, and HDL are essential nutrients that I’ve tested low on in the past. I’ve felt so much more at peace since I started taking Flora Health Products. With products like the Floradix Iron Tablets, Omega Sport Oil, and the liquid multivitamin, I’ve been able to target these needs. I’ve also always heard how good beets are for you, but to be honest I’ve never really liked them until I started using the Red Beet Crystals. Can’t believe how sweet it naturally is.”

Michelle grew up in the Catskill Mountains of NY where she spent a great deal of time wandering around the woods. This has translated into a later life affinity for mountain and trail running. While her main motivation to train and run long distances is to foster a life of adventure and exploration, she also enjoys the competitive yet tribal aspect of trail racing. In particular, she favors routes with the greatest number of rocks, roots, and peaks.
Michelle is also currently a PhD student in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota, a Graduate Research Assistant at the Minnesota Population Research Center, and the race director of the Thacher Park Trail Running Festival, which features five race distances from the 5K to the 50K.
