Originally brewed by indigenous people in South Africa, rooibos tea was brought to greater light by settlers in the late 19th century. This muted and comforting tea, made from red bush, an exotic plant native to the area, has since grown in popularity around the world.
Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora Rooibos Antioxidant and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst-quencher.
