SUGGESTED USE FOR ADULTS: Shake well before use. Measure 2 oz. of tea and dilute with 2 oz. or more of hot water. Take on an empty stomach preferably 1/2 hour before eating in the morning and at bedtime. Sip slowly. For extra strength: take 3 times daily.

I did not feel any harmful effects, nor any benefits. Yet, the ingredients are known to be beneficial, so there should have been some benefits. Maybe trying another bottle would help decide.

I really like the product but Customer Service is horrible. Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear Flor-Essence didn't meet your expectations. It is a cleansing formula and supports digestion, the health of the liver and kidneys and provides antioxidant support. This may not translate into a strong experiential difference for people necessarily, and is also dependent on how long they use the formula for.

Experiences can differ but after using the formula daily for at least 1-2 weeks, people have reported feeling their digestion and regularity and overall well-being and energy have improved.

hi I don’t know what I’m supposed to expect from Flor Essence and it’s supposed to be a flush, but I have yet to feel anything. I do it religiously in the morning without food and I do it at night before I go to bed without food so nothing‘s happening and I’m almost at the end of the bottle, the taste is great.

Most people report benefits around it supporting digestive health, regularity, balanced energy levels, good skin health and sleep quality. Results can vary from person to person though.
