I will take 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons for the rest of my life. Have read Udo's PhD thesis. Which became his bestselling book FATS the HEAL & FATS that KILL. Since I read the book 15 yeas ago I haven't bought a commercial seed oil. Except Organic X-tra Virgin Olive oil.

I have been using the UDO’s oil for more than 20 years, but first time buying direct since my local store is no longer stocking. Nothing wrong with the oil, but the packaging was an environmental disaster. Why do you ship with so much styrofoam? The clean up took me 10 mins.

We use glass bottles for most of our products as we feel it is a better choice than plastic, especially when it comes to liquids. As such, the glass needs some extra protection when being shipped. We do not use styrofoam. What you would've seen are the "packing peanuts" that help insulate any impacts during shipping and transport.

Great Product lousy design. . . you fail miserably. . . . big jar small cap how does one work with it and it get oily. . . . so simple a new design. . . tell you what , fire your design people start new. . . its so simple. . .
It’s hard for me to know if my cells are dividing more efficiently but I think I feel a little more energetic and I have fewer symptoms of nerve damage which has plagued me.
Older brother recommended for health. Both my wife and I add to oatmeal for breakfast. Sometimes on bread and sometimes on cooked vegetables. I hoping it will be healthy addition to multi vitamins we take daily.
It was great didn’t have no bad taste. I’m still testing it out.

Great taste! I love it on salad and mix it with my protein shake. I did a lot of research on Udo’s Oil and you will never find a better product for your health.
I am a professional athlete and I can’t live without this product. Not only does it have the cardiovascular benefits but it helps my joints and has aided in weight loss. This is probably the most perfect product that is essential to my nutritional regimen.

Firstly, the shipping took forever. When it finally came I followed the directions to a T. The Flora Essence did not last the 7 days of the cleanse. By day 4 the bottle was empty. The pills did not do anything for me. After about two days of no real BM (those BM that we associate with a 'cleanse' never came). I felt bloated, totally the opposite of what a cleanse should achieve. I will not be trying these cleanse system again, nor will I recommend it. The taste of the Flora Essence was a 7 out of 10. The FloraLax did not give the desired BM either. I took it 3 times a day with 84 oz of water. As mentioned I felt very bloated and sluggish. In regards to the kids multivitamins, my kids drink it- on the bottle says 'great taste '- however it does have a very tart taste to it. My kids seem to kind of like it. The adult multivitamin tastes the same. The iron supplement good. I will not be a repeat buyer.
Udos 369 cold pressed, organic oils is light tasting. I believe it helps everything. I take a swig in the am before workout routine.

This oil is delicious, and I love that it is packaged in a brown glass bottle. I bought a bottle of this and one of the Flora flax oil to compare how they felt in my body. I noticed that my knee pain was lessened when taking the pure flax oil, in comparison to the 3-6-9 oil. So I will opt for the flax oil in the future. However, this oil is great, as well...just not quite right for me.
Thank you for your review. At this time you may need the higher omega 3 to 6 ratio in flax oil. Please note, if at any point (even if it is 2 years from now) you find that old symptoms or new related symptoms show up while taking flax oil, it may be time to try Udo's with it's more moderate omega 3 to 6 ratio. Omega 3 deficiency and too much omega 3 can have some overlap, and Udo's often works as a longer term fatty acid product after deep omega 3 deficiency has been relieved.
Great product…I have had issues with bilateral trigeminal neuralgia, and this helps that issue immensely…

3-6-9 Blend is now the only oil I use on a daily basis. It works for me!
