SUGGESTED USE: Adults & adolescents 12 and over:  Shake bottle gently before use. A measuring cup is provided. Take 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) once daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or supplements.

I like the taste- I do add a little organic apple juice or water to it. I wish it came in a bigger bottle or the shipping wasn't so expensive.

Excellent product....but....

I just bought this, and the product is excellent! Great ingredients, and the best taste of any supplement I've ever used. There is one drawback -- only 8 servings per bottle. That's roughly four bottles per month needed if you want a dose each day, at $16 a bottle!
