Suggested Use

Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon one to three times daily with meals. For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks after opening. Can be frozen to maintain freshness. Do NOT heat or use for frying.

One serving of Flora Vegetarian DHA Flax Oil provides 100 milligrams of DHA omega-3 fatty acids. (See Supplement Facts panel for fat content.)

CAUTIONS: The FDA recommends that total daily intake of EPA and DHA from all sources does not exceed 3 grams per day, and not more than 2 grams per day from dietary supplements.
