GREAT OIL OPTION

I think these UDO's oil capsules are great. The way I understand it, the human body is remarkable in that, if you ingest bad oils and good oils, the body is wise enough to use the good oils. That is one of the reasons why I ingest this good oil daily with my meals. I prefer these capsules . . . just easier.

Great product. I was so happy to see capsules because even though I learned just how fabulous this oil is to add to the diet, I was not too keen on just drinking it. These capsules are perfect and even though they are large they go down very easy. I am on auto ship as I intend to take these indefinitely.

After I had my bottle of supplements about a week, I was asked for a review. It made me go look into the bottle more closely and it looked a little light. There were 146 when there should have been closer to 170.

I have been talking this supplement for a long time and I love it. If I go on a trip I can take what I need with me on the trip. It would be hard and inconvenient to bring the big bottle liquid form with me.

Is it Vegan?

States vegetarian, but I don't see any animal or animal by-products in the ingredient list. So, is it also vegan or only vegetarian? I'm 100% plant-based/vegan.

It says not suitable for children, What is the recommended age? I used to take it in the oil form, but I prefer to try taking it in the capsule form. Thank you

Hi Mae, thanks for the question. Udo's Oil can be consumed by anyone old enough to eat a balanced diet. However, capsules are not made for little kids, simply because they are capsules. All supplements of this type will say "keep out of reach of children" as a precautionary measure to prevent choking or other incidents, because children should not be helping themselves. They do not have a childproof lid because the ingredients do not pose a danger to children, but access should be restricted by adults. Kids who take Udo's 3+6+9 blend oil as part of their foundational nutrition often are given the oil form by their parents until they are older, and able to swallow capsules, usually in the double digit ages.

No, we don't have any products intended to treat nail fungus. Udo's Oil provides omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. These are crucial for heart, brain and skin health. We also sell Flora Probiotics, which support gut health if that's an area of interest for you.
