Per 2 fl oz. (60 mL) A proprietary blend (aqueous extract) 1.3 g certified organic burdock root, certified organic sheep sorrel herb, certified organic slippery elm bark, watercress herb, certified organic blessed thistle herb, certified organic red clover blossom, certified organic rhubarb (Rheum palmatum) root, certified organic kelp.

Suggested Use for Flor•Essence® Dry Tea Blend
DIRECTIONS: Caution: For complete directions and effective use of this product, see package insert. Each packet in this box makes 32 fl. oz. (1 quart) for a total of 3 quarts of tea when prepared as directed. Keep out of the reach of children. Please store this package in a dry place. ONCE PREPARED, KEEP REFRIGERATED AND USE WITHIN 3 WEEKS.

Adults: measure 2 fl. oz. (60 mL) of prepared tea and dilute with an equal or double amount of water twice daily. Take on an empty stomach approximately 1/2 hour before breakfast and 1/2 hour before bedtime. Sip slowly.

For extra strength: take 3 times daily.

If my liver could talk

I really can't say how well it's doing it's thing, but if my liver could talk I'd pass it on . . . Though I can say what I heard from archangel Gabriel through a channel back in 2011 . . . I asked about a prostate exam in 2004 when the dreaded "C" word was mentioned . . . I started taking Flor-Essence and 3 months later no signs found and PSA returned to normal . . . and the angel said on a 1 to 10 rating system the product is a 7. It appeared to help then along with positive thinking as all things returned to normal without medical treatment or surgery.

Great tea

The dry tea is excellent. Once I developed a rhythm for the 12 hour steep and canning the extra that was not going to be drank within 24 hours it was a better deal than buying the concentrate.

Will keep using

I made and used the first batch according to instructions. The taste was not bad at all! I broke out in a rash, but researched it online and found that rashes can be a common response to your body releasing toxins into the bloodstream to remove from the body. The rash remained for most of the time I was drinking the tea but cleared just before my last dose. I will definitely use the other two batches as it seems my body needed it.

We generally suggest at least 2 weeks of daily use with Flor-Essence for best results with the cleanse. After that, you can continue to take it longer if you find it beneficial. There isn't a specific protocol for everyone. A lot of people like to take it like that several times a year to support digestive and immune health.

The freshness can be guaranteed up to the use by date on the box and after that we just don't know how pouches and the herbs will hold up. We've tested them to the date with confidence in their effectiveness. But 25 or 27 years after being packed, it is entirely possible that the herbs will be a bit stale, and we just do not know for sure as we have not tested the stability of the dry herbs or the pouches for such a long time.
If they did remain dry, it is possible they still would not make a brew with much power.

Hello. How long can I do this cleanse for optimal health living with fibromyalgia?

Thanks for your question. There isn't any specific protocol or caution with regards to fibromyalgia and FlorEssence. Generally we suggest doing a cleanse for at least 2 weeks of daily use. People will often do a cleanse like that multiple times throughout the year.
