2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
¼ tsp vanilla extract
This omega 3, 6, 9 rich recipe can be used in ratio to as much maple syrup you need. It’s simply a 2:1 ratio of maple syrup to Udo’s Oil with a little bit of vanilla extract, whisked well.
