Lavender Lime Chia Pudding

2/3 cup oat milk
1 tbsp dried lavender buds
2 tbsp white chia seeds
1 tsp Udo’s 3+6+9 Oil Blend
1 tbsp lime zest
Squeeze of lime juice


  1. Combine oat milk and dried lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil, stirring often. Let the mixture boil for 20-30 seconds, then remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Add chia seeds and Udo’s Oil when the milk has returned to room temperature. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. Upon serving, add lime zest and lime juice.

*For a Keto-Friendly version, increase Udo’s 3+6+9 Oil and sub almond milk for oat milk.
