2-Minute Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients

One head of kale (12 leaves)
2-3 tbsp Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
1/2 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar tonic or apple cider vinegar
Pinch sea salt
1/4 cup toasted sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and towel dry one head of kale. Rip apart into bite-sized pieces and add to a salad bowl. Drizzle on Udo’s Oil 1 tbsp at a time, massaging with your hands into the kale. Add vinegar and tamari, followed by a pinch of sea salt, and massage more. You may not need as much Udo’s Oil or tamari as listed, so taste and feel for texture as you go. The kale should be slightly broken down, yet still crunchy.

Top with toasted sunflower seeds and serve.
