Sacha Inchi Oil, Thyme, & Apple Cider Salad Dressing Recipe

This Sacha Inchi dressing recipe is the creation of Peruvian Chef, Brisa Deneumostier. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY, she has worked in restaurants and private fine cuisine projects around the planet, including the world renowned Noma in Denmark.

"I understand that food is medicine and medicine is food...this is why my intention is to nurture the mind, body, and soul, and to promote the harmonious relationship between human beings and other living creatures." - Brisa
<33> Flora’s Sacha Inchi Oil (US/CA) is sustainably sourced and ethically harvested from the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Also, it is a 100% extra virgin seed oil and cold-pressed from Sacha Inchi seeds. This oil provides 7 g of omega-3 per serving and is cold-pressed and unrefined. After pressing, the oil is further protected by enclosing it in an environmentally friendly glass bottle. Lastly, it is nitrogen-flushed to maintain optimum freshness, prevent oxidation, and ensure maximum nutritional value.33>
