• 2/3 cup of almond milk⠀
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds⠀
  • 1 tbsp of red beet crystals
  • 1 tsp of vanilla⠀
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup⠀


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Topped here with granola, kiwi, hemp seeds, 1/2 banana lightly warmed with ghee, tahini & coconut yogurt
