Immune·Essence™ (USA) aka Flor·Essence® with Turkey Tail and Turmeric (Canada) is Flora’s latest liquid herbal formula. This update to the Flor·Essence formula uses all the same, time-tested, original eight herbs for cleansing and adds in medicinal amounts of turkey tail mushroom and turmeric.
Today we’re going to take a closer look at the turmeric and burdock root ingredients. All in all, there’s more than 8 grams of herbs in each daily dose of the formula. Turmeric powder comes in at just over 2 grams and burdock root at 1.5 grams per daily dose. This makes it an incredibly concentrated formula overall, which is why we recommend diluting it with water.
Turmeric, or Curcuma longa contains a variety of curcuminoids and sesquiterpenes as the main active ingredients. Burdock, or Arctium lappa, can be considered a Swiss army knife of herbal medicine.
