Bija has enhanced this organic chocolate by adding a full tablespoon (13 grams) of Udo's 3•6•9 Oil Blend to the creamy filling; we even had to create a special chocolate mold to make all those EFAs fit!
 
Bija Omega Truffles are made with great care and attention, involving hand mixing and manually inspecting each individual precious piece of chocolate. Our Quality Assurance department conducts thorough testing on the finished product (including tests for rancidity and microbial content), just as with any of our supplements. We keep the chocolate cool and ship it with freezer packs during the warmer months so that it stays as luxurious as it was on the day it was created.
