Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our product(s) can be returned once you obtain a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) within 30 days of the date you originally purchased the product(s), i.e. the date you placed an order or otherwise purchased.
Before you return a product(s), please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- You obtained a RAN from us

Send the product(s) in the original packing and the RAN with the shipping label issued by customer service.
Refunds
Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Return of damaged product is subject to the terms and conditions herein.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
