Makes approx. 1 cup
1 egg (or use ¼ cup liquid pasteurized egg)
Pinch of cayenne
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
¾ cup Udo’s Oil Blend
1. Blend egg, cayenne, sugar, lemon juice, and ¼ cup oil.
2. With blender running, drizzle in remaining oil. Refrigerate immediately.
3. Chop fresh herbs such as chives, parsley, or basil and stir into Udo’s Mayo for a healthy and tasty spread on sandwiches and appetizers.
