Green Pea Goodness Dip

Ingredients

100 g green peas
50 g edamame beans
¼ cup Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lemongrass
2 tbsp goat’s cheese
½ tsp sea salt
12 cracks fresh black pepper
2 tbsp fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except Udo’s Oil to a food processor and pulse until well combined, adding Udo’s Oil slowly. Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week
