Fruit Slush

Serves 4-6
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup fruit of choice
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup Flora Elderberry+ Liquid Formula
1.5 cups ice

Method:

Toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender and pulse on high, grinding the ice. As the ice begins to melt, blend for about 1-2 minutes, until evenly incorporated. Serve immediately on its own or scooped over a cocktail or mocktail.
