Thomas Greither, the owner and founder of Flora, is a 3rd generation health entrepreneur. His family has always believed that we are all just custodians in this world and nothing truly belongs to us. It is this belief, that we must live in harmony with nature, which has guided Flora since its inception. This means that Flora products are sourced from nature, utilizing organic and local ingredients whenever possible, and designed to benefit and heal the human body.

Green before green was cool, Thomas has been a vegetarian for over 40 years, his house is “off the grid”, he converted cars to electric over 20 years ago, and he grows his own fruit and vegetables. When not in the office working on the newest herbal formulation, you’ll find Thomas enjoying time with his family, exploring the great outdoors, or checking out the local farmer’s market.
Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager – North America
Tobias Aysslinger has been involved with Flora for over 20 years, having held various positions within the company from Media Relations, to Brand Management to most recently being appointed Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager.
Tobias is a husband and father of two sons, who loves spending time with his family mountain biking, downhill skiing and playing hockey. His weaknesses include good coffee, milk chocolate, and pizza (made with only organic vegetables and free range meats – of course!)
Tricia Terpstra currently serves as Flora’s US Sales & Marketing Manager, but she has worked in almost every capacity at Flora. While in college, she worked on Flora’s 40 acre organic farm harvesting herbs and flowers, and later worked in production and shipping until eventually she landed in the marketing department. Tricia has worked at Flora for over 20 years and is passionate about continuing to educate people about the healing benefits of herbs and plants.
As a mother to four children, Tricia’s passion for organic and non-GMO products, goes beyond just merely “marketing” them… but rather it supports the lifestyle that she wants for herself and her family. Inspired by the ambassadors that Flora works with, Tricia began trail running five years ago and can often be found enjoying the trails in the beautiful Pacific Northwest or at CrossFit.
Originally from Portugal, Jose moved to the US to attend an athletes’ boarding school in Florida. After college, he played professional golf around the world. Struggling with a couple injuries he decided to turn his attention to the world of E-Commerce. Before working for Flora he developed E-Commerce and Marketing solutions for other companies.
“My whole life I have been into sports and health. From a very young age I played pretty much everything I could, I was always outside being active and adventurous. To me it’s exciting to work at Flora because we are continuously creating products that help us perform better in or out of the field. My favorite Flora product is the 7 Sources.”
Leanne Bryden has worked at Flora as part of the sales department for over 27 years, where she enjoys her current position of National Sales Manager for Canada. It has been a rewarding experience working with quality products, that she incorporates into her daily lifestyle and she credits for keeping her youthful and healthy. When she isn’t at work, her life revolves around family and friends, especially her husband and her two boys. Her free time is used up by being the ultimate Hockey Mom watching her boys play hockey, walking, and taking time for herself on her yoga mat.
Andrzej (Andrew) has almost 30 years of business experience in international trade, ocean shipping and purchasing. He has been involved in natural health food industry and working at Flora over the last 18 years. Andrzej started at Flora in Purchasing and then moved on to Export. He is very well versed in international sales, marketing, business development, sourcing, shipping & logistics. He has an extensive network of international contacts. During the course of his career, he has travelled on business to 70 countries and worked in Europe and North America. Loves outdoors, nature and travelling. In free time, Andrzej likes hiking, skiing, skating and rowing.
Oriana has a successful track record in International Business Development and Accounts management, with more of 15 years of experience. Extensive travel to the US, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru; building and growing existing relationships while driving new opportunities. Oriana has experience within the tele-communications, infrastructure and the natural sector.
As the Human Resources Manager since April 2012, Grace Dehn is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies through recruitment and selections strategies, strong employee relations, development and maintenance of HR policies and programs, effective performance management systems and robust health & safety program.
Grace is a mother, wife, daughter and sister to a wonderful and loving family and enjoys rollerblading, swimming, hiking and camping with her family and friends.
Loni Ingram joined Flora’s Canadian marketing department in 2012 and currently serves as Brand Manager. Since joining Flora, Loni has become an avid devotee of incorporating health into her everyday life – from making smoothies and lunches using Flora’s products, to getting outdoors whenever possible.
Outside of work, Loni spends her free time riding her bike around the seawall, perfecting her ballerina pose at Barre class and when the weather is just right, enjoying the peace of the mountains in the beautiful Garibaldi/Whistler region.
