Pesto for Pasta Salad
- 1½ cups chopped fresh basil
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup Flora Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup freshly grated
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp VieSun / Gandalf Spirulina™ Powder
- Ground pepper to taste
- Place all ingredient in a food processor except the olive oil.
- Blend and SLOWLY add olive oil until consistency is smooth.
- Serve as a pasta sauce, pasta salad, or as a spread.
