Sparkling Ginger Beet Lemonade
- 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1½ cups fresh lemon juice
- 4 scoops Salus Red Beet Crystals (US/CA)
- ⅔ cup simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger juice
Stir sparkling water or club soda, lemon juice, beet crystals, simple syrup, and ginger juice in a large pitcher. Divide among glasses filled with ice and serve. Cheers!
