Pumpkin Seed Hummus Recipe
1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Flora Pumpkin Seed Oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove
3/4 tsp. cumin
a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Blend & enjoy or store in refrigerator
