blood orange

It’s blood orange season!

And while all our citrusy friends are known for being high in vitamin C and antioxidants—perfect for keeping your immune system strong on these cold early spring days—the blood orange takes the slot for our favorite citrus thanks to its beautiful red color.

The star of a colorful smoothie

This tart blood orange sipper gets a hit of sweetness and omega-3 essential fatty acids from Flora’s Flax Oil (US/CA). This premium organic oil provides omega -3 and -6 essential fatty acids that can aid in muscle development, gut maintenance, and support of cognitive health. Add your favorite protein powder to make it a full meal and you’ve covered all your bases. Give it a go! Your body will thank you. Ingredients:
