Elderberry Oatmeal & No’atmeal

Supercharge your comforting bowl of oatmeal (or no’atmeal) and brighten your day with the addition of Flora Elderberry Crystals. This superfood bowl is a perfect way to bring you through winter: it supports your immune system against seasonal issues and provides purple-hued health-promoting antioxidants.*

Simply prepare your oatmeal as normal, add a scoop or two of Elderberry Crystals, and stir to dissolve. You can sweeten and/or top it in your favorite way.

Need more direction? Our preferred method would be to use organic rolled oats, soaked overnight in water. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice will make the nutrients in the oats more available.
