Raspberry Ginger Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of water
1 inch peeled fresh ginger
1 heaping tbsp. Red Beet Crystals
1 good glug of Udo’s Oil DHA 3•6•9 Blend
1 scoop of Flora Beyond Greens
1 cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen cranberries
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth
