Shipping

How are refrigerated products shipped?

Ice packs or “keep cool” delivery trucks are used for probiotics and oil cooler items to keep the temperature in the 21-25 degree C range. Stability studies show no loss in quality or potency for five days delivery time under these conditions and deliveries are typically fulfilled in well under this period. Cooler products should be refrigerated upon delivery.

Is there a cut-off time for orders to get one (Priority) or two-day (Xpresspost) shipping?

Yes, orders must be placed before 12pm to be processed and shipped for next day or two-day delivery. Orders ship via Canada Post, and selected method is utilized for shipping once the order has processed. Processing occurs M-F 7am-3pm.

Ex. Orders placed on Friday at 4pm with one-day shipping will not be processed until Monday for expected delivery Tuesday.

What are your green bubble cushion sheets made of?

Our green bubble cushion sheets are made with recycled content and are environmentally safe. They are made with significantly less plastic resin than other packaging material, are biodegradable, even in landfill conditions and recyclable as category #4. These bubble sheets are part of Flora’s effort to protect the environment.

Do you pay for return shipping?

We do. Once you have received a RAN (return authorization number) from customer service, a shipping label will be issued to your email for you to print at home and ship the product back to us.
