Sparkling Ginger Beet Lemonade with Salus Red Beet Crystals

Packed full of antioxidants from the goodness of red beets, this simple sparkling drink is a great way to replenish vitamins post-workout or before a night out!

Whether you’re in charge of refreshments for after soccer practice or just looking for a delicious juice to spike for happy hour, look no further than our sparkling lemonade infused with ginger and red beets.

Sparkling Ginger Beet Lemonade

  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1½ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 4 scoops Salus Red Beet Crystals (US/CA)
  • ⅔ cup simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger juice

Stir sparkling water or club soda, lemon juice, beet crystals, simple syrup, and ginger juice in a large pitcher. Divide among glasses filled with ice and serve. Cheers!
