So it’s football season, which means wings (we suggest baked instead of fried) are on the menu…and nothing goes better with them than some amazing Blue Cheese Dressing—it will be a win-win. If you are a fan of blue cheese, you will love this delicious dressing—add another ounce of blue cheese crumbles to thicken it up a bit and serve as a dip.
Ingredients
- ½ c. sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/3 c. Udo’s Oil
- ¼ c. buttermilk
- 3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled, plus garnish
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, minced (about ½ tsp.)
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire
- ¼ tsp. salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Dash cayenne
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with blue cheese garnish
- Best if made a day before for flavors to fully settle; use within a week
