Ingredients
- 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/3 cup frozen banana
- 1 tsp Flora Acerola Powder
- 1 tbsp Flora Flax Oil
- Water (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high, scraping down the sides as needed. If making smoothies, add liquid as desired and serve in two small cups. If making a smoothie bowl, add 1 tbsp of liquid as needed and scoop into a bowl.
