Lemon Sunshine Salad Dressing
*For a Keto-Friendly version, omit Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Udo’s Oil 3+6+9 Blend
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp white onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1. Using a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients and whisk well. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Keep in an airtight container refrigerated and shake well before using.
