Mango Lassi with Turmeric
Makes about 2 cups or 16 oz. (1-2 servings)
- 1 ripe sweet mango, peeled & seeded, roughly chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. U.C. 3•6•9 Oil Blend
- 1 tsp. fresh turmeric root, minced or finely grated
- ¼ tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. Manuka Honey (opt.)
- ½ cup of cold water
- 2 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
