Gluten-Free French Toast
- 6 slices of gluten-free bread
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 6 tbsp. dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. orange zest
- Whisk together all ingredients (except the bread), then soak the bread fully in the liquid until
- soaked through.
- Heat up grass fed butter or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add the french toast.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Top with peppermint cream cheese frosting and decorate with banana stars, pomegranate, coconut shavings, mint leaf holiday foliage, etc.
