- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup Flora Omega Sport+
- 1.5 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 scoop Flora Green Blend
- Pinch of sea salt
