Ingredients in Flora Iron™ - High-absorption Liquid Iron Supplement
Suggested Use for Flora Iron™ - High-absorption Liquid Iron Supplement
Shake bottle gently before use. A measuring cup is provided. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or supplements.
Adults (including pregnant and lactating women) and Adolescents age 14+: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) twice daily.
Adolescents and children (age 4-13): Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) once daily.
Store unopened bottle at room temperature
KEEP REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING AND CONSUME WITHIN 4 WEEKS. After initial opening, replace with child resistant cap. Keep out of reach of children. Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth. Rinse mouth with water, or brush teeth immediately after consuming.
CAUTIONS: Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

I received the Flora Iron rather quickly. I immediately began to use it. The taste is pleasant and palatable. I'm only 2 weeks in. I'm always up and active but energy levels haven't changed. Hoping to see more progress in a month or so.

It’s my favorite iron because it’s vegan and tastes nice. I love taking it in liquid form because taking pills feels like a chore. My iron levels when up on my last blood test and will see on the next one, since now I’m taking it more consistently. At the start my iron levels were borderline anemic. Im doing much better. I used to really struggle not knowing it was because my iron was so low.

I am super disappointed and was hoping this would work for me. I noticed after every dose even taken with food I would experience super bad stomach cramps that felt like my stomach was twisting and being stabbed. It also made me extremely constipated as well. I felt horrible taking this. I bought the biggest bottle just for it to go to waste I only drank it about 4 to 5 times and it was unbearable !

I feel like it’s helped with my energy but at the cost of not pooping for a week I’m so upset that this won’t be a recurring purchase for me, it tastes good and has all clean ingredients but I was just getting my stomach regular and this has got me all out of wack!

My iron was pretty low, took 20 mg BID per MD recommendation and felt a difference in just under 1 month of taking this product. Lab work scheduled for later this month and will know for sure, but my energy levels are improved and no more eating ice 👌

I love Flora iron.. I take a number of supplements, and always appreciate those which do not come in pill form. Flora iron is a pleasant tasting liquid. I take it twice a day, and follow it with a few swigs of water, to avoid discoloration of my teeth. I know it keeps my iron at stable levels, and it is not constipating. Flora iron also contains a good mix of vitamin B's, which are essential for happy nerves and energy levels. I also take a thyroid supplement. For those of us who do that, it is important to wait two hours after the thyroid medications before taking iron.

I cannot see what size you tried, but for planning purposes this product comes in a size to try it out (2.7 ounces), a small size 7.7 oz (23 doses) and a large size that's 15 oz (44+ doses), and the product should be used up within 4 weeks of opening.

I like this vey much. The one thing I don’t like is the shipping timing.
The shipping takes way too long and I have to disrupt my dosages
waiting for it to be shipped which
sets my iron intake back. I was diagnosed with low iron and I need this on a regular basis, so when I have to skip a whole week, I won’t get the results my doctor is looking for. Please improve on your shipping!

Im not one for taking pills and when I heard about this I tried it and it really helps. My doctor put me on iron pills didnt like the side effects I showed her what I been taking and she said to keep taking it. Anyway it helps and no side effects love it.
