NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Beet root fibre, vegetable-source microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and maltodextrin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Consume 1 capsule before meals. For heavy meals: Consume an additional capsule during the meal. Contents of capsule can be mixed with warm (not piping hot) food. Enzymes are heat sensitive. Do not take them with very hot items. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of the reach of children.
 
CAUTIONS & WARNINGS:
In case of ulcer, do not take on an empty stomach.
