Entrants must correctly answer all three (3) BIJA questions on the Entry form to qualify to be eligible to win. The submission of an on-line Entry form and/or mail-in Entry form constitutes an "Entry".

Limit one entry per person per email address. Incomplete, late or unintelligible Entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed by Flora Manufacturing, Flora Incorporated, or any of its subsidiaries for lost, late or misdirected Entries or for any computer online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.

One (1) winner from either Canada or the United States will be drawn randomly from mail-in and online Entry forms. Contest is limited to persons that are citizens of and residing in either Canada and/or the United States.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded. African Sweepstakes prizes are limited to specific items offered. Cash value equivalents are not offered as prize substitutions. By claiming a prize, you consent to the use of your name and/or your name and photograph, without compensation, in any promotional activity or releases carried out by Flora Manufacturing. In order to claim a prize, selected Entrants may be required to sign: (i) an affidavit of compliance with these rules and (ii) a standard form releasing Flora manufacturing, Flora Incorporated, and any of its subsidiaries, its officers, directors, employees or agents, from any liability, loss or damage relating to any prize, including but not limited to the award, receipt, possession or misuse of that prize.
