Amy Purdy
Amy’s story is unbelievable. At the age of 19, she contracted
a type of bacterial meningitis that affected her circulatory system.
Both her legs had to be amputated below the knee. She is world-class
double-amputee competitive snowboarder, and the co-founder of a
non profit organization called AAS. |
